Depending on the room, format, and seating arrangement, meetings ranging from small gatherings to events with up to 250 people are possible. A total of four meeting rooms are available.
Half-day, full-day, or multi-day event: We tailor the room, breaks, lunch, technology, and accommodation to your specific format. Additional services such as microphones, stages, or supporting programs can be added.
Yes. Coffee breaks, lunch, and dinner are provided by our restaurant. We will coordinate the timing and menu with your schedule. Allergies and vegan options are, of course, available upon request.
Projector or screen and presentation materials are included in the package price. Microphone, stage, and other equipment such as WeFrame can be booked as additional services.
Yes. 63 rooms are located in the same building. This is ideal for multi-day events, seminars, and groups. Meeting rooms, guest rooms, and the restaurant are all within easy walking distance.
Yes. Haus Hainstein has more than 80 free parking spaces directly at the house.
